    A minimum of four punches is necessary to qualify for the United States Rotax Grand Nationals and a minimum of six punches is necessary to qualify for the Rotax PanAm Championship event.  GATORZ Challenge of the Americas races do not count as punches towards the US Grand Nationals, but each weekend does count as one punch towards the PanAm Championship event.
